SPONSORSHIP ENTITLEMENTS

RACE NAMES

The entire race meeting will be dedicated to your company.
Your company will have the naming rights to all eight races on the night.


EXPOSURE

National exposure is received on Pay Television's Sky Racing Channel, which is shown on Foxtel, Austar and Optus Vision. Pay Television has a current subscriber base of 1,100,000 homes, which has a potential viewing audience of over 3.57 million.

Sky Channel is also telecast to over 5,302 sites in Australia, of which 3,498 are situated in Hotels and Clubs and remaining sites located at TAB outlets, racecourses and training stables etc. Sky Channel now attracts an aggregate audience of over two million viewers in hotels, clubs and TAB Agencies each week.

Further exposure is received through Newspapers (Daily Telegraph – special lift out form guide every Friday, Trotguide, Australian Standardbred & Illawarra Mercury etc), Radio 2KY and people attending on course.

In addition, Radio 2KY covers all TAB races shown on Sky Channel, providing exceptional geographic exposure to approximately 89% of NSW through its affiliate stations.

Your corporate logo displayed on the semaphore board during the course of the evening along with a special welcome to your guests.


RACE BOOK

Your corporate logo will be positioned on the front cover of the race book, which is purchased by people on course and distributed to all private functions.

One full-page advertisements will be placed in the race book advertising your company, be it products or services (118mm x 188mm)


SASHINGS & PHOTOGRAPHS

Two invited guests per race have the opportunity to sash the winning horse and will receive a complimentary photograph with both horse and driver.


CORPORATE HOSPITALITY

Six of your special guests will be invited to the Directors Room as guests of the club. The Directors Room is located adjacent to the winning post and has a private viewing area on the finishing line. Guests will enjoy our Award Winning Seafood Buffet menu and beverages for the duration of the evening.


ADDITIONAL EXPOSURE

You may provide banners, flags or signage for placement around the course on the night. Temporary signage can be placed on the right hand side of the winning post. The winning post is the most effective form of advertising on track, it measures 2.4m x 6m and receives coverage on pay television (please do not have any writing lower then 1.6m as it will be blocked by the running rail). Our ground staff will position any promotional material around the course to gain maximum exposure for you.


ADMISSION PASSES

Two hundred additional admission passes will be made available to you for entry on course only (valued at $8 per pass).
